Everyday tools
Task text, support-card content, appointment notes, and timer labels stay in page memory. They are not automatically stored or sent to an AI service. They disappear when you leave or reload the page. Copying, printing, or saving a file places that content outside this page, where other people using your device may access it.
Saved reads and calm view
Using “Save this read” stores article identifiers in your browser’s local storage. Saved reading choices can reveal interests. Other users of the same browser may see them. Calm view stores one display preference. Delete saved reads on the Saved page; clearing the site’s browser data also removes both settings.
Email signup
Signup is not connected by default. An unconfigured form does not save an email. When the owner connects the server-side integration, a submitted email, adult/marketing-consent confirmation, consent-text version, form source, and submission timestamp are sent to the configured provider. No diagnosis, journal entry, or tool note is included.
Before activating signup, the owner must identify the data controller and provider here, publish a contact and deletion process, set retention terms, and verify opt-in and unsubscribe behavior. Do not activate collection with this setup notice still in place.
Browsing and hosting
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets first-party analytics cookies; Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and there are no ad pixels, third-party fonts, or external image requests. You can block analytics with a browser setting or extension without losing any features. Your hosting provider may process ordinary request and technical logs. External links are separate services with their own policies.
Checkout
No card information is collected by this site. A configured checkout button opens an external provider. That provider’s identity, terms, and privacy practices must be disclosed before enabling sales.
Age and health information
Email signup is intended for adults aged 18 or older. The build has no user accounts, private messages, child profiles, clinical intake, or health-data advertising. Public educational pages can be read without submitting information.
