Directory and community pilot rules · October 9, 2026. These explain this product's scope; they do not replace applicable law, professional requirements or the site's privacy policy.

A non-clinical educational directory

People can apply to list adult educational services in these categories:

  • Organization & planning skills
  • Study & learning skills
  • Career exploration & interview education
  • Education for adult caregivers
  • Community classes & learning resources

Only online education or sessions at public learning venues are eligible for this pilot. A provider may not use a coaching label to advertise therapy, clinical treatment or regulated care. A course or resource must be described accurately without promised cures or guaranteed results.

Not a care-placement service

Nursing, medical or mental-health treatment, therapy, hands-on personal care, medication assistance, in-home companion/homemaker services, respite, transportation, childcare, staffing and care placement are not offered through this directory.

NeuroCoach does not recruit or supply care staff, arrange care contracts, supervise care, provide care-worker job postings, book sessions, process provider payments, charge referral commissions, or guarantee a provider's safety, qualifications, availability or outcomes. An educational listing does not give its author access to a private Care Plan.

Applications, review and publication

Applicants must be at least 18 and list services for adults. Submit only information you have the right to publish. Applications are private while pending. Public directory publication is held behind a launch-review gate; an application must also receive human approval. Substantive edits remove the public version and return it to review.

Listing approval means content was reviewed for this scope—not that identity, background, licensing, insurance, competence or safety was verified. There are no paid trust badges. Check qualifications independently before contacting a provider. Website links go to independent sites with their own policies; do not send private care information by default.

A label such as “directory” does not decide the legal status of an activity. The operating model and allowed services must be reviewed before the publication gate is released. No nursing, companion, personal-care or care-referral categories will be opened through this pilot.

Community rules

Participation is for adults 18 and older. Approved posts and replies are public. Following a topic saves a private preference to your account; it does not create a private group or send notifications.

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate, scams, sexual exploitation, threats or sharing another person's identifying information without appropriate permission.
  • Share your own experience. Do not diagnose others, tell them to change medications, recommend dangerous treatments, or present anecdotes as proof.
  • No care-worker hiring, service solicitation, provider recruitment, referral fees, unsolicited promotion or offers of regulated care. Share practical information without arranging care through the community.
  • Use broad areas rather than home addresses. Do not post a child's identifying information, private Care Plan, medical documents or another person's sensitive details.
  • Disclose relevant commercial interests. Do not fabricate credentials, testimonials or reviews.
  • Moderators may request changes, decline or remove content, pause posting, and review reports. New posts and replies require human approval. Review speed is not guaranteed.

Concerns and emergencies

Use “Report concern” on public content to send a private moderator report; sign-in is required. Email hello@neurocoach.cc for an account restriction or moderation appeal. This is not an emergency channel, and moderators do not provide crisis treatment. In the U.S., call 911 for immediate danger or call/text 988 for crisis support.

Your information and choices

No Care Plan records are automatically copied to a directory profile or public discussion. Review what you write before submitting it. You can withdraw your directory application or public discussion post. Removing a post also makes its replies unavailable publicly. Public material can be copied by others, so deletion cannot recall screenshots or third-party copies.
