Arkansas's Community and Employment Support (CES) Waiver is the primary HCBS pathway for people with I/DD. It supports community living, employment and major life activities and is administered through DHS Developmental Disabilities Services.
Important: Arkansas currently has a CES Waiver waitlist. Eligible applicants move into available slots based on when they were added, so apply early and keep contact information current when DDS sends annual updates.
