Kentucky operates two major I/DD HCBS pathways: Supports for Community Living (SCL) and the Michelle P. Waiver. SCL can provide up to 24-hour support; Michelle P. is designed for community living with a lower support ceiling. Both have waiting lists.
Important: Kentucky SCL and Michelle P. waiver allocations have waiting lists. Ask which list fits the person's support intensity and whether Participant Directed Services could be used once enrolled.
