Minnesota's Developmental Disabilities Waiver supports children and adults with developmental disabilities or related conditions who meet ICF/DD level-of-care criteria. Counties and tribal nations are the local application and case-management entry points.
Important: Minnesota DD Waiver eligibility requires more than a diagnosis: Medical Assistance eligibility, institutional level-of-care criteria, assessed habilitation needs and a 24-hour plan of care are part of the determination.
