Missouri's Division of Developmental Disabilities administers four HCBS waivers: Comprehensive, Community Support, Partnership for Hope and the Missouri Children with Developmental Disabilities waiver. Access is prioritized by need and then time on the list.
Important: Missouri currently reports no DD HCBS waiver waitlist, but enrollment still depends on eligibility, available waiver capacity and state funding. Priority of Need remains part of the access process if demand exceeds capacity.
