Montana's Developmental Disabilities Program administers the 0208 Medicaid HCBS waiver and Targeted Case Management. Eligible people age 16+ who receive or are eligible for waiver services can access case-management support through DDP.
Important: Montana developmental-disability supports include waiver services, Targeted Case Management and other state programs. Start with the DDP regional office so the person is connected to the correct combination rather than looking only for waiver-funded providers.
