Oregon's Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) uses adult and child HCBS waivers together with the K Plan/Community First Choice option to support people with I/DD in homes and community settings.
Important: Oregon's I/DD system uses both waivers and the K Plan. Ask the local Community Developmental Disabilities Program or brokerage which combination applies. Oregon VR also currently operates a waitlist for eligible applicants.
