Tennessee's primary pathway for new I/DD long-term services enrollment is Employment and Community First CHOICES (ECF CHOICES), administered through TennCare managed care. The older 1915(c) waivers are generally closed to new enrollment except limited categories.
Important: Do not start with the older Tennessee I/DD waiver list if applying for services now. New enrollment is generally routed through ECF CHOICES, and limited funding means not everyone can enroll immediately.
