Utah's Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) administers services for people with I/DD and related disabilities. The Community Supports Waiver helps eligible people remain in homes and community settings and includes supported living, respite and supported employment.
Important: Utah's Community Supports Waiver serves a limited number of people and has a waiting list. Apply to DSPD even if immediate waiver funding is unavailable so needs can be assessed and the person can enter the state service system.
