Vermont

Vermont's Developmental Disabilities Services Division funds HCBS under the Global Commitment to Health Medicaid waiver. Adults receive individualized services through Designated Agencies and Specialized Services Agencies, with statewide intake now centralized through PCG.

Important: Vermont changed its DDS intake and eligibility process in August 2025. New applicants now start with PCG's statewide intake team rather than directly with the local Designated Agency.
