Wyoming Medicaid operates Comprehensive and Supports DD Waivers for people with I/DD and acquired brain injury. The two waivers provide community-based services at different support intensities, while Community Choices serves a separate nursing-facility-level population.
Important: Wyoming has both Comprehensive and Supports DD Waivers. Ask the HCBS section which level fits the person's support intensity rather than assuming Comprehensive is necessary; Medicaid financial eligibility is handled separately through the long-term-care eligibility unit.
