A GENTLE PLACE TO START

You do not need the perfect words.

Come with a practical question, a useful experience, or a small thing worth celebrating. Read first, participate when you are ready.

01 · GET COMFORTABLE

Find a topic that fits.

Read reviewed discussions without signing in. Explore daily life, caregiver support, connection or local ideas. A public topic is not a private support group.

02 · ADD YOUR VOICE

Share one helpful thing.

Sign in, confirm adult participation and the rules, then write a post or reply. Speak from your own experience rather than telling someone what treatment to use.

03 · KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Check your activity.

New submissions wait for a human moderator. My activity shows your posts, replies, experience stories, reports and review notes. You can withdraw your own submissions.

A simple way to start writing

“I am trying to make ___ easier. I have tried ___. I would appreciate ideas about ___.”

For example, ask how people organize appointment questions or make time for a favorite activity. These are writing prompts—not real member posts or evidence of treatment results.

Keep the communities you already love.

NeuroCoach can sit alongside your Facebook groups. Share a link to a public guide when group rules allow, but do not copy private posts, screenshots or another person’s story without permission. There is no Facebook login, import or group synchronization.

Participation here is free. These are public, moderated conversations; private circles, buddy matching and direct messages are future possibilities, not active features.

Keep it useful. Keep it considerate.

What should stay private?

Your Care Plan, person story, medications, journal and appointments are separate from Community. Nothing is copied automatically. Do not post another person's identifying or health information without appropriate permission. A nickname can still identify someone when combined with other details.

Does following a topic send notifications?

No. Following saves a private topic preference for filtering discussions. It does not create private group membership or send email, text or push notifications.

Can I offer or find paid care work?

No. Community is not a care-job board or referral channel. There are no direct messages, caregiver matching, bookings or service payments. The separate educational directory has a limited scope and public listings remain subject to its launch decision.

What happens when I report something?

A signed-in report goes privately to moderators. Submitting a report does not automatically remove content. My activity shows whether review is still open or has been closed. No review deadline is promised.

For immediate danger, use local emergency services rather than waiting for a community response.

How are these spaces different?

Community: public experiences and discussion. Person story and Care Plan: private information you control. Educational directory application: an offering submitted for scope/content review, not approval to deliver care or access anyone's plan.
